Resident/Tenant Obligations
You, as the Tenant of an Office, are eligible to use the Service to pay your rent using your credit or debit card. You will receive a timely written confirmation from Arendall Enterprises, Inc. acknowledging receipt of credit or debit card payment. You must obtain access to the World Wide Web and/or Internet in order to use the Service, either directly or through other devices that access web-based content. You must also pay any service fees associated with such access.
Fees and Payments – Tenants
Arendall Enterprises, Inc. reserves the right at any time to change and/or increase fees for access to portions of the Service or the Service as a whole.
